Your credit or debit card is charge at the time your order is shipped. Never before the shipping of your order.

WHOLESALE:  price quotes are available on request for retailers. We also ship Container Load or LCL [Barrels, Boxes or Crates] to the Caribbean & Africa via your freight forwarder/shipping service. After selecting the items send your request via email; info@XnicStore.com or fax; 1-888-806-0524 to received the wholesale price quote.

As a Wholesale customer you are required to:

• Select the item/s you are interested in buying, then fax (888-806-0524) or email Info@XnicStore.com the list to received a wholesale quotation.
• Fax copy of your Tax-ID and Business Certificate to: 888-806-0524
• Shipping will be paid by wholesale customer base on trucking company rates.
• All certified check must be cleared by the bank before shipment is released.

STORE POLICY

·         XnicStore.com is not responsible for any kind of warranty or guarantee of any products that are being sold on its website. All the warranties and guarantees by the manufacturer are their responsibility. 

·         All product description is limited, as provided by different manufacturers, the product picture may differ from the original product itself due to different models, sizes and many other factors. The products may not be available for purchase due to various different reasons.

·         XnicStore.com or its employees or sources cannot be responsible for any kind of direct or indirect damage, mental, physical, loss to a business, any kind of  interruption, loss due to a miscommunication, incidental damages or by any other pecuniary loss  done through its products or services or information provided on XnicStore.com.

Refunds on Purchase are due only to the following reasons:

• Shipping Damage        
• Manufacturing Defect found before usage.
• If the incorrect item was shipped.

You must contact us within seven days after receipt of your order.  For any other reason customer will have to pay return shipping fee and a $5.00 restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped within 2 business day after receipt of your order. If we are unable to ship your order within the specified time, costumer service will inform you about the reason for the delay.
